Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed the next business day and the normal shipping times are between 3-5 days. If you do not receive your products in that time period, please contact info@matreu.com with your order number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
